What Change Do You Want For Yourself?
Let Therapy Help You Heal & Achieve Your Potential
Working endlessly to keep it together so that your…
parents,
partner,
child,
supervisor,
neighbor
brother,
sister,
best friend… do not worry?
Striving to be the best in your field?
Feeling inadequate, fearful, guilty, shamed?
Exhausted, frustrated and overwhelmed?
Trying to figure out the path forward…
… and instead feeling lost and confused and asking, “Is this all there is?”
Who knew a queen size bed could reveal a gulf between you and your wife, husband, partner?
You thought you knew where you were going and now you are not sure.
This hole you are in feels deep.
The unknown is paralyzing.
Trying to survive in the midst of grief…
… but your world has been splintered into a thousand pieces and breathing seems impossible.
You find yourself uncontrollably sobbing and hysterically laughing at the same time, and you are sure you have lost your mind.
There’s barely enough energy to brush your teeth.
The well-intended platitudes are just too much, so you shut yourself off.
You have no idea if this is normal or not.
Hanging on by a thread?!
I see you.
I hear you.
I believe in you.
Set down your burdens.
Therapy provides the space for you to examine what is holding you back, what is weighing you down. It’s an opportunity to explore your options, step into your courage and power, and re-decide how you will live.
Together we will look at your burdens, your worries, your pain, and your desires.
Then we’ll clarify the direction you want to take and changes you can make.
See yourself more clearly.
We, as humans, have a hard time seeing our lives clearly. Therapy provides the
balcony from which we can observe objectively what is happening, and with that
greater insight, return to our lives, fully engaged, connected and ready to thrive.
You can make the change you want.
You can achieve your true potential.
Hi, I’m Marion.
I am here to shed some light on your experience and to support your climb out of the hole, so that you can make the change you want to see in your own life.
My education in social work emphasized the importance of relationship and my work experience and, more importantly, my life experience has reinforced this. I believe in the power of relationship to help people change, and grow so that they can achieve happiness and health.
Attending therapy is work and this work, like giving birth, can be painful, messy, beautiful and in the end you have an amazing result. I am willing to be present as you do your work.
There are not any predictions, mind reading, looking into a crystal ball or using a magic wand. I do believe and have faith in therapy and in the relationship established between you and me, your therapist.
Together in therapy, we’ll explore what potential means to you so that you can heal and achieve, create lasting change, bridge what might seem like insurmountable gaps to experience connection.
